I help women to age backwards by getting to the root causes of your hormonal imbalances so that you can feel sexy both inside and out and live the life that  you desire.

It wasn't long ago that I was living with severe hormonal imbalances and thyroid issues. I was struggling with fatigue, low energy, poor sleep, anxiety, and infertility. My infertility journey lasted several years and with each passing month, I felt more and more hopeless. 

I was desperate to get my health back, but I didn't know where to  start. Finally, I decided to take matters into my own hands and start researching natural remedies and treatments. I started to make small changes in my diet and lifestyle, such as limiting my sugar and caffeine intake and exercising more. I also began to supplement with vitamins, minerals, and herbs to support my body's natural rhythms. After months of hard work and dedication, I started to see results. My energy was slowly returning and I was able to start to focus on my fertility. Despite several rounds of invitros and being told by the doctor that, ‘I would never be able to get pregnant naturally’, I was able to conceive naturally and give birth to a beautiful baby  boy.

My journey to healing myself from hormonal imbalances and thyroid issues was not easy, but it was worth it. I am now healthier and more energised than I ever thought possible, and I am so grateful for the strength and determination that I had to get here. I am  now on a mission to help other women achieve the ir own health and wellness goals, just like I did.
