You can learn about nutrition, physical activity, and other lifestyle changes that can help you reach your health and fitness goals. I will be facilitating this group to help you stay motivated and on track. You’ll also be able to benefit from the support of your peers, as you share your experiences and successes. Finally, you can gain access to resources and tools that can help you make positive changes in your life. 


Metabolic ReCharge

The Metabolic Recharge is a ten day commitment where we literally reset our bodies metabolism to improve sleep, balance brain chemistry, feel revitalized and energized, address hormonal imbalances and reset our hunger hormones. We eliminate inflammation from the body that is causing those unwanted symptoms. This program runs three times a year.  Please check to see when the next availability is.
